Terms of Sale

Effective date: 29 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy a license for the MyGameClub software from [SELLER LEGAL NAME] (the “Seller”, “we”). The use of the software itself is governed by the MyGameClub End-User License Agreement (the “EULA”), published on the MyGameClub website and shown by the setup programs.

1. Seller

  • Seller: [SELLER LEGAL NAME]
  • Taxpayer identification number (TIN): [TAX ID]
  • Address: [ADDRESS]
  • E-mail: [EMAIL]
  • Phone: [PHONE]
  • Telegram: [TELEGRAM]

2. What we sell

We sell licenses for the MyGameClub software for computer clubs. A license is the right to use the software under the EULA for one club on one club server.

The license is delivered electronically, as a license key or a license file. We do not deliver physical goods.

3. Current offer

Forever license with one year of updates: USD 1000 (one thousand US dollars).

  • a one-time payment, with no subscription;
  • any number of computers in the club and every feature of the software;
  • the new versions released during one year from the delivery of the license key;
  • after that year, the club keeps using the versions it has for an unlimited time;
  • renewing updates is optional and is offered at the price in effect at the time of renewal.

This is a limited-time offer. We may end or change it at any time by publishing new terms on the website. Licenses bought during the offer keep the terms on which they were bought.

The information on the website is not a public offer. A contract is concluded when you pay the invoice we issue to you.

4. Free trial

Before buying, you can use the software free of charge for 14 days with every feature, as described in the EULA. Use the trial to check that the software suits your club and your computers.

5. Ordering and payment

To order, send a request through the form on the website or contact us. Give the club name and the details of the buyer (legal entity or individual entrepreneur), and we issue an invoice.

Payment is made by bank transfer under the invoice or by another method we agree with you. If the buyer pays in Uzbek so’m, the amount is calculated at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the day the invoice is issued, unless the invoice states otherwise.

Whether the price includes value added tax depends on the Seller’s tax status and is stated in the invoice.

The order is paid when the full amount has reached the Seller’s account.

6. Delivery of the license

Within one business day after the payment is received, we send the license key (MGCK-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) by e-mail or Telegram to the contact given in the order.

The club owner activates the key on the License page of the club server; for this the server needs internet access once. A server without internet can get the license as a file: send us its installation ID from the License page.

The license is delivered when we have sent you the key or the license file. If the key has not arrived or cannot be activated, contact us and we will resolve it.

7. Refunds

[REFUND POLICY]

8. Updates and support

During the update period the license includes the new versions of the software. We tell you when a new version is out; whether and when to install it is your decision.

We help with installing, activating and using the software through the contacts in section 1.

If the club replaces its server computer or reinstalls Windows on it, we re-issue the license for the new server free of charge.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited as set out in the EULA. Nothing in these terms limits the rights a buyer has under mandatory law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties will try to settle any dispute by negotiation; a dispute that is not settled within 30 days after a written claim is resolved by the competent court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11. Changes

We may change these terms by publishing a new version on the website. An order is governed by the terms in effect on the day its invoice was issued.
